LIFE CHOICE SOCIETY

You are invited to join the Life Choice Society, our team of 5-year pledge supporters! Click the “Donate” button below to Join!

Our goal for the Life Choice Society is to provide Options for Women PHC with a stable base of operating revenue for a five year period.  This provides a stronger foundation for expanding the reach of our services, while saving more lives!

Through Options for Women the cost to save a baby is $1,200.  We encourage you to make an investment in the lives of our babies and the future of Polk County.  You can choose from the following levels of our Life Choice Society, with your pledge being monthly or annually. Please be sure to select a recurring gift! 

  • Choice Level – Save 5 babies with $1,200 /year ($100/month) for 5 years
  • Empowerment Level – Save 10 babies with $2,400/year ($200/month) for 5 years
  • Freedom Level – Save 15 babies with $3,600/year ($300/month) for 5 years
  • Foundation Level – Choose the amount to give per month/year for 5 years

There are a variety of ways the community can help us serve our patients, in addition to volunteering and donating directly to us. Below is a wish list for each of our departments. If you can help us with any of these items, please call our office at (863) 682-5763.

Patient Resources:

  • $25 gift cards to Walmart for patients when they return with their babies
  • Bus passes to provide to patients who need transportation assistance
  • Sponorship for radio ads to reach our demographic
  • Sponsorship for ads on college websites
  • Sponsorship of print materials to distribute on college campuses and the community
  • Media allowance for demographic tracking
  • Underwriters for staff to attend professional development conferences
